Basic Line Hunting
You have the option of enabling series line hunting, where each dialed number appears sequentially and calls do not loop. Call waiting must be disabled.

Our administrative portal offers supportive call log services with facilities such as complete records of all missed calls, inbound and outbound calls and even details about faxes. By availing this user-friendly service you can now obtain the caller name, phone number, date and time, extensions and duration of call.

Call Waiting
Switching between calls is not a problem with our call waiting option that will immediately notify you about a second call while you are still on line with the first call.

Inbound Caller Name Delivery
Caller Name will be delivered to the IP PBX as provided to the Smart SIP network.

Inbound Caller Number Delivery
The Caller Number will be delivered to the IP PBX as provided to the Smart SIP network.

Outbound Caller Name Delivery
Caller Name will be sent from the Smart SIP network to the called number with the company’s name as the default value.

Caller Number will be delivered from the Smart SIP network to the called number as provided by the IP PBX.
